- The content of your review must be strictly relevant to the entity and the service you are evaluating.
- Provide specific details to support your evaluation (e.g., approximate date, time, name of the service, problem encountered, attempt at resolution). Specificity increases the usefulness of the review.
- Avoid tangents or comments unrelated to the service experience (e.g., general political attacks, unrelated personal or social issues).
3. Respect and Constructive Language
- The use of offensive, vulgar, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory, or hate speech is prohibited.
- Criticism must be aimed at the service or process, not the person. Personal attacks on employees, officials, or other users are prohibited.

Consequences of Violation
Reviews that violate these guidelines will be immediately removed by our moderation team. In the event of serious, blatant, or repeated violations, the responsible user's account may be suspended or deleted. We encourage all users to promptly flag reviews they believe are non-compliant.
